The Initial Problem: Rebet needed engineering help yesterday

Connor Seeley is the Founding CTO at Rebet, a social sports gaming platform. Since launching in April 2023, the company has grown dramatically from three employees to over one hundred and has become a leader in the sports gaming market. Connor joined early on, and the engineering work needed to keep up with Rebet’s rapid growth quickly became overwhelming. Connor knew he needed help.

Once the developers were hired, Bolto took care of onboarding them to their global payroll solution and establishing compliant contracts.

Switching HR and Payroll to Bolto

In early 2025, after Bolto launched their all-in-one Recruiting, Payroll, and HR platform, Connor and the Rebet team came to Bolto to switch their HR and Payroll operations to Bolto. Bolto offers all HR/Payroll customers at-cost or free recruiting, depending on the case. As Connor puts it, "It would be silly not to switch when Bolto is offering their stellar recruiting at close to zero cost for us."

Over the course of just a couple weeks, Rebet moved over 100 team members over to Bolto's payroll, contractor management, and EOR products. Rebet is now paying their employees around the globe through Bolto.

Results

Connor has been able to consistently have recruiting taken care of, while consolidating his HR stack and saving time and money.
